Ladi Daodu has over 15 years of experience spanning management consulting, investment banking, strategy, business and financial advisory, corporate finance, project finance and project management in most of the core business sectors.

Ladi has managed many simple and complex engagements and has also advised on several cross-border investments and Africa market entry strategies with local and multi-national companies.

Ladi has rich and testimonial experience in capital raising and infrastructure finance, mergers and acquisitions, market entry strategies and suite of transaction support solutions.

Prior to starting Sierra Partners Limited, Ladi worked as a Director and Head of Transactions Advisory at SEL Capital (Investment Banking) Limited and also worked with the Transactions Advisory Services unit of Ernst & Young, Nigeria where he provided local and cross-border services to multinationals, small and large corporates, Private Equities and Government Institutions.

Ladi has a degree in Economics and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is an associate member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, holds certificate in Business Valuation, ACCA-UK, Certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), USA, member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE International) and member of International Project Finance Association (IPFA).

Adenike is a Director at Sierra Partners Limited. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 14 years post qualification experience.

Adenike had worked as a Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young where she led various transactions across Financial Services, FMCG, Power, Oil and Gas, Aviation, and Agricultural sectors. She also worked in the financial service sector at different times where she handled banking operations, credit management and business development.

Adenike also trained at KPMG Nigeria where she was focused on providing tax advisory to clients.

She has over 10 years’ experience in transaction and corporate advisory services and has led a number of assignments which cut across due diligence, reporting  accountants, capital raising, review of financial models, feasibility studies/business plan assessment, and valuation advisory services for both public and private sector organizations.

Adenike provided advisory services in the privatisation of the power sector in Nigeria and has advised a number of local and international   investors in   their various acquisition in Nigeria during her period in Ernst and Young.

Adenike brings her wealth of experience and rich industry network to play at Sierra Partners providing support to engagements and management of the company.

David is a Director at Sierra Partners Limited. He has over 15 years’ experience in investment banking (corporate & project finance), strategy consulting, and management of operating assets (SMEs, Subsidiaries and affiliates).

Over the years, he has assisted clients in the banking, insurance, capital markets, energy, healthcare, real estate, telecommunications, and educational sectors to develop and implement financial/investment strategy. He has also advised a subnational government in the area of Public Private Partnership (PPP) project.

David is a charter holder member of CFA Institute; Virginia USA and he is certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) as an Energy Risk Professional (ERP). He holds a first degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

David has worked with Accenture, Phillips Consulting, Skye Bank, he was head of financial advisory at MBC Capital Limited and also worked with Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in the transactions Advisory Unit.

David brings his wealth of experience and rich industry network to play at Sierra Partners providing support to engagements and management of the company.
